Clients engaging with Attentive Hearts & Hands Senior Care enter into a service agreement that outlines the scope and terms of the care services to be provided. This agreement will be mutually agreed upon by the client (or their legal representative) and Attentive Hearts & Hands Senior Care.

2. Payment and Billing:

Clients are responsible for payment of services as outlined in the service agreement. Payment terms, methods, and schedules will be specified in the agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in a suspension of services.

3. Confidentiality:

Attentive Hearts & Hands Senior Care respects the privacy of our clients. We will maintain the confidentiality of information shared during the course of care, disclosing it only as required by law or with explicit consent from the client or their legal representative.

4. Service Modifications:

Attentive Hearts & Hands Senior Care reserves the right to modify care services, schedules, or personnel based on the evolving needs of the client. Any changes will be communicated in advance, and efforts will be made to accommodate the preferences of the client.

5. Termination of Services:

Clients have the right to terminate services at any time with proper notice. Additionally, Attentive Hearts & Hands Senior Care reserves the right to terminate services if the client’s behavior poses a threat to safety.

6. Code of Conduct:

Clients and their families are expected to treat Attentive Hearts & Hands Senior Care staff with respect and dignity. Any abusive or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of services.

7. Liability:

While we strive to provide the highest quality of care, Attentive Hearts & Hands Senior Care is not liable for unforeseen events or circumstances beyond our control. We recommend clients have appropriate insurance coverage.

8. Governing Law:

Attentive Hearts & Hands Senior Care reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to clients in writing or through our website.
